Stella Rose the Dog needs a home
Stella was adopted and returned due to some allergies and recurring ear infections that her family couldn't afford to treat. She is completely vetted and recently had surgery for a hematoma on her ear. She tested great with dogs of all sizes at the shelter. We don't know yet how she is with cats and we have not had her around kids yet but she formerly lived with children. Stella is very affectionate and loving. She is super smart, great in the house and talks to you when she needs to go outside to potty. Stella would make a great running partner and also a great snuggling partner :) Stella does countersurf and will get into the garbage if left unattended. She is a big lovebug and is full of kisses for everyone she meets!
UPDATE FROM STELLA'S FOSTER MOM: Stella is doing great. I leave her out during the day. She is a talker. She lets me know when she is not getting the attention she wants...she climbs on my lap and paws and talks to me :) Stella has been fine with both dogs and cats here. She has been wrestling with Lance (young Boxer) and my Pittie Blaze. She is fine with all the little dogs. I feed separate, since she is on special food. Stella also knows the commands for "sit" and "shake".
